MS-X57 Flexible & elastic Easy-flow Floor Adhesive
Substrate: MS Polymer
MS-X57 is a non-solvent floor adhesive based on silane-modified polymer, a one-component moisture-curing adhesive. This product is specially designed for interior floor coverings and is also suitable for bonding wall panels. Suitable for bonding raw wood boards, composite wood boards, SPC boards, WPC boards, LVT floors, etc. After the colloid is cured, it has the remarkable characteristics of flexibility, good resilience, and quietness.

Application Tips

To ensure adhesion, paved concrete surface must be hardened, loose ground will affect the adhesion.

For the floor with longer or wider side or for the uneven ground, the first step is to test flat before installation and then apply sealant, laying depressed.

The applicable period of the sealant is related to the temperature and humidity of the environment, and it is easy to crust and reduce the operating time under high temperature and high humidity environment.

For +5 ℃ ~ +40 ℃ suitable for construction, the recommended temperature and humidity: +10 ~ +30 ℃, 30% RH ~ 80% RH.

Due to the difference of floor and wood treatment, it is recommended to test the adhesiveness according to applicable conditions before use.
